Shipping Information

We process and ship all orders from our Colorado mobile shop. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays). All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All of our jewelry will be sent out as standard shipping within the continental U.S. Please contact offcenterjewelry@gmail.com to inquire about expedited shipping options.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise for a refund within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please email offcenterjewelry@gmail.com for a return authorization and include the reason for your return.
